Punk ’N Lala may offer projects through third-party crowdfunding platforms, including Kickstarter.
A crowdfunding pledge is not treated as an ordinary Punk ’N Lala retail purchase under these policies.
Crowdfunding projects involve product development, manufacturing, production, and fulfillment and therefore involve risks and uncertainties not ordinarily associated with purchasing existing inventory.
Estimated fulfillment or delivery dates associated with crowdfunding campaigns are estimates rather than guarantees.
Crowdfunding pledges and rewards are also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable crowdfunding platform.
Where mandatory platform requirements applicable to a crowdfunding transaction conflict with these Terms, those requirements will control for that transaction.
